4. OCTAGON INSURANCE COMPLAINTS

If you are dissatisfied with the level of service received from Octagon, you may file a complaint with them through their customer service hotline at 0344 561 4615. The line is open six days a week following this schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you prefer to send in your complaint in writing, you may do so using either electronic mail or regular post.

5. CALLING OCTAGON INSURANCE

Octagon Insurance has stopped selling insurance directly to the public. As such, the company’s call volume has dropped significantly over the past couple of years. As a result, customers can usually get in touch with a customer service representative quite quickly.

However, it is always best to prepare your documentation in advance before placing a call. Frantically hunting down account details during your conversation with their representative simply wastes both of your time. Writing down the gist of your issue on a piece of paper will also ensure that you don’t leave anything out.
