5. CALLING EE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It goes without saying that large organisations like EE receive a huge number of calls every day. As such, when placing a call to EE, please schedule a period of time when you are least busy – preferably during off-peak hours. This will ensure that you are not called away while being kept on hold, and you will minimise the waiting time. Keep all documentations and facts relating to your issue organised, and remember to take down the names of people you speak to. This will come in handy if you are forced to escalate the matter.

In addition, as annoyed and frustrated as you are, always be professional and courteous to the customer service representative you are speaking to. They are likely to have already spoken to dozens of other customers, and will probably be feeling a little flustered too. Your courteousness will likely motivate them to resolve your issue even quicker.

8. ABOUT EE LIMITED

EE Limited was founded in 2010 through the merger of Orange S.A. and T-Mobile under the trade name Everything Everywhere. Two years later, an internal restructuring saw the company being rebranded to EE Limited. In 2016, the BT Group acquired EE Limited for a mouth-watering £12.5 billion.

Despite being founded only seven years ago, EE is now the biggest mobile operator in the UK, with a 33% share of the market. It is also the largest 4G operator in Europe. The company currently provides 4G mobile, broadband and digital television services, as well as wholesale network sales, to over 31 million people in the UK.

EE markets its service through a network of 550 stores spread across the country, where it also sells mobile equipment.
